PDF files are crossplatform files that can be viewed and printed on any computer tthat has the free Acrobat Reader software installed on it. The Acrobat Reader software can be downloaded for free from Adobe. Once you have the Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer, simply click on any PDF link in this site and it will be downloaded to the directory on your computer that you have designated as your browser's download directory.

Once the PDF file has been downloaded it should be opened and displayed in the Acrobat Reader software. If the file is not opened up in the Acrobat Reader software, simplly open the desired PDF file with the Acrobat reader sortware. Consult the Help files for your browser to set the Acrobat Reader software as the helper application for PDF files to have the PDF files automatically opened in Acrobat Reader.
